On December 11, 2024, MCIC successfully hosted a hands-on ddPCR (Droplet Digital PCR) training session for 20 participants. The session was led by Danielle and Chandra from Bio-Rad, along with Wirat Pipatpongpinyo from MCIC.
The training provided a comprehensive overview of ddPCR, covering its principles, technical tips and tricks, applications, software use, and data analysis. Participants gained practical insights into how ddPCR can advance their research in areas such as plant virology, microbial studies, and diagnostics.
