We support microbiome research by providing services in microscopy and microbial amplicon and whole genome sequencing on the Illumina and MinIon platforms.
Microscopy: We have a fully equipped microscopy laboratory that includes light and electron microscopes and we provide a variety of sample preparation techniques. We training students and help them with various protocols, like histology, immunolocalizations, fluorescent in situ hybridization.
Genomics: We provide support for ribosomal amplicon library preparation and we also offer a low cost genomic DNA library preparation based on the Seqwell plexWell technology for sequencing on the Illumina platform. Long range sequencing is available on the MinION platform.
